Earlier in this thread there is a link to a blog with a link to a test report filed with the FCC (post 227 for those of you who can't be bothered to search the thread for FCC) regarding the Touch. Further searching the FCC site I found a short term confidentiality request which states the official product launch is to be 30 Septermber 2009.
