Got mine yesterday. It's stuck on a Software Update screen. Called support and talked to Anoop. He claimed that no such product exists. I tried telling him that I had one in my living room, but he insisted that no such product existed. So far all I have is a brick, until Logitech "releases" it and begins to offer support.
