Dean, Congrats and best wishes for the future. Thank you for your contributions to such a great product line. Sean's good bye to the forum was disappointing, for his failure to publicly acknowledge all the great co-workers who helped him make it happen. I hope that you pass along (and you probably already have) your thanks to them in an appropriate way.
Pippin, I can tell you from my own travels and far flung acquaintances that basements seem to be pretty common in the midwestern and eastern US. They're not common in California, and are usually found only in old(er) houses. Dean's header says he lives in SF, so for sure there are many older houses with basements up there. For houses built in the last 60 years (which I believe is the majority of existing structures in the state), a basement is pretty rare, with the exception of very upscale structures that purposefully have wine cellars. -- Goodsounds ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Goodsounds's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=14201 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=67325 _______________________________________________ discuss mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/discuss
