In response to the original post, sorry, but I just can't relate to the problems you mention. I have two SB3s and a Boom all connected wirelessly, and SqeezeCenter is running on my Windows Vista desktop PC. Nothing fancy, no Linux and no dedicated server. I've had some minor problems through the years, but I find that SqueezeCenter has become so stable that I now consider my system to be more like another musical appliance. I turn it on, and it works. And that's it. Enjoy your Sonos system, but I think I'll be keeping my Slim/Logitech devices for quite awhile longer and maybe buying more.
