For me, the syncing/rebuffeing issues that were bedeviling me for awhile disappeared once I eliminated a few of the wireless/homplug jumps in my network. Now, the tinkering I do is for fun, not just to get the darn thing to work.
I would really miss the "tinkering" aspect of Squeeze, but I understand why someone would switch if they couldn't get the basics to work right...I was getting to that level of frustration myself.
