USB DACs have been tried, keyboard and mice work out of the box (the very early software had the mouse pointed visible at all times), USB graphics adapters are also possible so are web cams. As Autopilot said, it's just a case of someone putting together the drivers for the device and creating an Applet to control it and enable the functionality inside SqueezeOS.
