I just had to try it, and it works great! - I copied DSound.dll and dsbridge.ini into Program Files/MediaMonkey (lame_enc.dll was already there) - started Mediamonkey - started Squeecenter and tuned to http://_my_IP_:8124, pressed Play - Boom! The sound from MM directly to my stereo!
OK, I get a 5-6 second delay after changing tracks in MM (versus 1-2 seconds from Spotify), and the sound dropped out once of twice while testing, but there's very little tweaking necessary to make this work, too!
