1. I have seen the same pausing / freezing behavior running SoftSqueeze from work over a SSH link.
2. Given that I use the SB2, and softsqueeze at work, I prefer simply to use the same interface while at home, too. Also, I sometimes will be using softsqueeze synchronized with my SB2. I suppose I could use winamp for casual listening, but really, this should work, shouldn't it?
