holding the brightness button re-updates the firmware but does not adjust the brightness of display. I have tried using an alternative remote (logitec SB3 choc-bar remote) and it responds in the same way. I've also tried a factory reset (connect power while holding add key), I can enter all the network setup details but after connecting to the network the SB no longer responds to the remote, though I can still operate it from web browser.
