Which device do you expect to be the clock master? - used in the fx loop, I'd expect to use a discrete master clock to drive both TP and RME. I don't think you can (or would want to) use the RME clock to drive the TP DAC. The clock-in on the TP is primarily intended to be used with an external DAC with WC out (for best jitter reduction).
