All, After I did a complete remove/re-install, the correct MSB creds in the setup resulted in all of My Apps being re-installed from the cloud. Of course, there was no wizard to gather this data. The install just dumped me into the "control panel."
(Of course, a "report a problem" button in the WebGui that snapshots the configuration and posts that data along with the issue to both the forum and the gearheads for review and inclusion in bugs.etc.etc is a VERY HARD programming task..)
