Not always. I'm running a SVN checkout of 7.3.x, and it's using a "my.cnf" file in the SqueezeCenter Cache directory. SqueezeCenter spawns separate mysqld processes for SqueezeCenter using mysqld binaries compiled by Logitech and pulled from Subversion. SVN checkouts of SBS 7.4 and SBS 7.5 behave the same. > Be sure what you're doing. Yes, indeed. I suspect Michael's right about those using the RPM and .deb packages, but SVN behaves differently, and I expect the fat tarball releases may, too. -- peterw http://www.tux.org/~peterw/ free plugins: http://www.tux.org/~peterw/#slim AllQuiet AutoDisplay'*' (http://www.tux.org/~peterw/slim/AutoDisplay.html#credit) BlankSaver ContextMenu FuzzyTime KidsPlay KitchenTimer PlayLog PowerCenter/BottleRocket SaverSwitcher SettingsManager SleepFade StatusFirst SyncOptions VolumeLock ------------------------------------------------------------------------ peterw's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=2107 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=70371 _______________________________________________ discuss mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/discuss
