I checked out some of these sites and it seems like they want to charge monthly rates, in the range of $10 to $15 CDN per month plus anywhere from $.89 to $1.25 to download the songs. I'm confused, what with the monthly fee alow me to do, listin to the song once, twice.... I dont get it, someone please explain.
