What player(s) are you using? Are you using both local SBS on your computer and MySB.com or just one of them?
Apps are installed, configured, controlled from MySB. Plugins are installed, configured, controlled from your local SBS on your computer. Yes, there is overlap because there are many different usage scenarios.
