Run conduit that you can fish cable through if you have the walls apart. When I remodeled the 2nd floor of a house 5 years ago I ran EMT steel conduit to all of the wall jacks. It was a pain in the ass and it cost a lot more money. Five years later I could, if I still owned the place, pull out the cat5e I installed and pull fiber, or whatever.
