Why are you removing the wireless card? I don't mean to offend but if you need help figuring that out, you stand a pretty high chance of breaking something while you're poking around in there. But don't let me stop you...
You need to spread the plastic clips on each side (only about 1/16") and the board should pop up. Newer SB3s may additionally have the card secured by some double-sided sticky foam. It should peel away with moderate force. Once it is free to tilt up by 45°, slide it out of the connector.
