It's critical to me. Other than VFM, plugins are what made me get into Squeezebox over Sonos etc. BBC iPlayer is about 50% of our usage. Plugins are what make these products so special and not just another streamer. I put up with the bugs for the trade off of having access to to services and being able to customise.
