Logitech does not care about customers. Their answer to me about deleting a longtime feature told me everything I needed to know. They could not conceive of a reason anybody would ever use the feature - that in itself told me they have zero imagination and probably do not even use their product. When I gave several examples of how the feature is used, they admitted, "Yes, you're right, in those situations it's essential, but no, we have no interest in doing the tiny code change that would restore the feature." Logitech should buy Erland's plugins and incorporate them into the standard code. It's crazy that there is no rating system in the Logitech code.
