Hi there There is no upper limit on the number of folders/tracks. Deleting the cache would have been my first guess too.
If the folder list is (reproduciably) truncated at the same folder or track I'd say it's caused by some error at that track/folder. How large is the truncated folder actually? Is the root directory truncated or some sub directory? If it's the root, you could send me your cache-file (or inspect it yourself) It's in the cache directory /SlimCtrl/<GUUID>/SC_fld#.dat. Alternatively I could check what's going on by connecting to your server from my place. That's the fastest way to find and debug the error.
