You're always going to see negative comments, that will never change. Even when a product is the best of its class, or like the Squeezebox line, simply the best. There are still problems with the software, different people have different issues for different reasons. You're always going to see it.
But there's nothing else out there that compares. No Sonos, no Sooloos, not anything.
