#1 - It happens at any time. Testing again last night, sometimes it
seems to restart and other times it'll just give up completely. 

#2 - I don't think so. The artwork is in the same directory as the flac
files, and called folder.jpg. I don't believe there's anything extra
embedded into the files. They were created with dbPoweramp's CD Ripper,
which seems to work pretty well.

#3 - That's a good point, i'll check that setting later - I think I
missed that.
