That and the usage model of video is entirely different than music. There are very few movies that I have watched more than a dozen times. I have many many albums that I have listened to dozens of times, and will listen to dozens of times more. Regardless of how cheap disk space is, and how fast bandwidth gets, I really don't see a need to rip a DVD so I can stream it around the house. It's easier to carry the DVD to the player I want to use. Not to mention that I -do- watch 'extras' on DVD's, and on several CD's (Icky Flix, or The Commercial DVD), the navigation is an integral part of the experience. -- snarlydwarf ------------------------------------------------------------------------ snarlydwarf's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=1179 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=74510 _______________________________________________ discuss mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/discuss
