I've got multiple instances of SqueezeSlave-asio running as services on Windows 2k3SBS! It was quite easily really but there is a gotcha: You need to run the services using a "real" user account's credentials that you have previously logged in as and ran all of the Squeezeslave's from the command-line. This allows you to configure the instances of asio4all that pop up. Once you've done that you can run the services (I use srvany from the Windows Server Resource Kit). Don't try to use the local system account for multi-asio as there's no way to configure asio4all. I tried copying some registry keys to the system account but that didn't work. I did however have multiple instances of non-asio running flawlessly using the system account without any problems at all. I used a seperate copy of SqueezeSlave for each instance. I don't know if it's essential but I thought it might help asio4all distinguish between the multiple instances of SS. -- indifference_engine ------------------------------------------------------------------------ indifference_engine's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=20698 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=63966 _______________________________________________ discuss mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/discuss
