Sounds like you got things right. According to the log file tha DB connection is ok. So a number of things can cause this: 1. THe DB is empty Does not seem likely ;-) 2. The full remote path is incorrect Press the test button and look at the example path which is displayed at the bottom of the screen. The Full remote path should start with the same string as the example does. Often thing go wrong at this point. 3. The starting folder is incorrect Try an empty string.
