I'm confused as to what you're hoping to achieve. TBH, streaming radio is a 'nice to have' feature of the SB3, but not it's main purpose which is to stream music from your collection on the music server and do away with any reliance on a PC sound-card connected to DAC/Amp.
If you really just want to listen to streamed radio with your current rig, just get a s/w client like Winamp installed the Dell Desktop PC.
