Yes, you can do what you want very simply. Put the SB Classic by the
nightstand. On your computer, install "SqueezePlay" (essentially a
software version of the player). You can feed them both by connecting to
either "mysqueezebox.com" (if you don't care about playing any of your
own music files) or "squeezeboxserver" if you want to play your own
files as well. Either approach will give you access to 100,000+ internet
radio feeds, plus pandora, etc.  Find the SQUEEZEPLAY version you need
here toward the bottom of the page (either windows, Mac, or Linux).

There are other software players as well, but this one works well for
me. (note you can't sync the classic and squeezeplay to play at the same
time an identical stream. But both can independently play whatever you
want.
