Was thinking about getting a Squeezebox Classic or Squeezebox 2 (preferably the 2) as a replacement for my Squeezebox Receiver. I would like the extra IR capabilities of it and also I realized that I have a better place for it that would benefit from a display.
Then I realized that I don't know the answer to two things (and it's so hard to search for "Squeezebox 2" on the forums). 1) Does Squeezebox 2 fully support Mysqueezebox.com - i.e., can it run just like my Duet without even having a Squeezebox Server up and running? 2) What is the most current firmware for this thing? Can it run Squeezebox Classic firmware? From wikipedia it seems like the SB2 and SB3 were almost identical in hardware in most respects...
