There are some sellers out there who either intentionally or accidentally try to sell SB1s as SB2s. Internally they are very different, but externally they look a lot alike, especially the SB1G with the enhanced screen. Check the label on the bottom of the player. If it says "Squeezebox2", then it's an SB2. If it says "Squeezebox", then it's an SB1.
