I use them all - depending on where I am and what I want to do. Sitting at the pc I'll use the web interface or squeezeplay. I'll use the controller when I am near to it and I want to browse albums or control several players. The infrared remotes control the players in the kitchen and bedroom when I am there - they are fast and simple and the knobs and dials on the various players get used when I am close and can't be bothered to hunt the remote/controller. I love IPeng and use this as a backup for the controller.
