When the battery died 6 months ago I attempted to get a replacement from Logitech support. They told me my battery was over two years old and therefore out of guarantee so they would not replace it free of charge (they did give me a one-time 50% discount code though, which I have just used for a Touch!). Two days ago I contacted them again, saying that I couldn't find any way to buy a battery for the UK and, no-questions asked, they seem be sending me one free of charge. I think their policy must have changed and also this time they have not realised that my battery is over two years old (as it is from the Duet beta test phase).
