I am trying to email support about a replacement battery for my Duet which is still within 2yrs.
I get this response: " Account Creation Failed The email address you provided is already in the database " OK, I must have registered already and forgot my password. SO I click on the link to email me my password again. "Unable to Email Password The user ID you supplied does not appear to be valid."
