Oh I vaguely remember a few times :) But, it has been awhile. (granted I do not own a Touch or Radio, just a Squeezebox 3 and Boom and Squeezeplay) All in all, a solid piece of technology that is used every day in our home. I had one Squeezebox fail. (pre-Logitech days) Sent it in.Turned around quickly (bad board) and now it is in use at my son's house. With the Squeezebox my music tastes have broadened greatly. I am now into the 1990's now :) My kids are very surprised to hear what is playing at the old man's house. I can't imagine going back to playing cd's the "old fashioned" way.
