Additionally:

After woe on the phone, they said everything was fixed.

It wasn't. Rhp said I had until 5/31 on the original call.

Rhp's app said I had until 5/17.

Rhp's staff were rude and said they didn't know when the difference
would be fixed. (Original call vs Rhp's malarky.)

Rhp's (we don't really know) staff refused to identify themselves and
insisted on explanation after every (refused) escalation.

Run away faster.
