I believe on my version of the server multiple genres can be added as either:
Rock\\Wife Rock;Wife MP3Tag will create multiple tags in the first instance and a single tag in the second. In the second case you need to make sure that Squeezeserver has ; defined as a separator. I use the second method as that way the whole tag is shown in MP3Tag explorer Window (using the first method only the firts tag is shown in the explorer window....as far as I can see!!)
