Yes, this is exactly why I don't want to use Soundcheck.  No point
Beethoven marking is score "pianissimo" if I hear it at the same volume
as a "forte" section. ;-)

If foobar2000 generates both album gain and track gain values, what
option do you choose for the SBS Setting: "Volume Adjustment/Replay
Gain" in the Player>Audio tab?
