1. Yes 2. The license is bound to your Google Checkout account. As long as you use the same account for the Market, you can reinstall the App for free after a factory reset or if you get a new phone 3. I'm expecting the ordering process to be secure i.e. strongly encrypted. But I couldn't find something about this topic in the Android Market Help. BTW: You can add your Credit Card or create a Google Checkout account through your PC ( https://checkout.google.com/ ).
