A friend of mine has a HTC Desire and I played with it a bit. It looked fine, but that was in the evening, without direct sunlight. I'd prefer a Nexus One though, because I think it will receive the fastest Android updates. Unfortunately, I really NEED a new device, because my Hero has some severe issues with the Touchscreen (the lower part does not work anymore). I've already spoken to HTC and they told me that I should send it in for repair but it will take around 2 weeks... So the idea was to buy a new device and send in the Hero afterwards, but nobody wants to sell me a Desire/NexusOne for a fair price. :-) Maybe I should wait for the "new" Desire/NexusOne in a month or two, when HTC has switched to "Super-LCDs". http://www.heise.de/newsticker/meldung/HTC-Smartphones-mit-Super-LCD-statt-AMOLED-Anzeigen-1045609.html -- flattermann Christian Home of 'SqueezeCommander' (http://www.squeezecommander.com) - The SqueezeBox Remote Control App for Android ------------------------------------------------------------------------ flattermann's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=33169 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=69352 _______________________________________________ discuss mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/discuss
