Looks like either I'm playing "stump the experts" with this one, or I've asked a question so stupid that it wasn't even worthy of a "RTFM" response.
Since my first post I've done a couple of server restarts, and a couple of additional service stop / starts. I also upgraded to the latest 7.5.2 nightly build. I even tried to add the podcast feed to a ReadyNas server that is running the Squeezebox service (not my primary server). Just can't get this thing to work. Oh well, I've gone this long without using podcasts on my Squeeze devices.
