I've ordered one. I don't see it replacing the Logitech Touch for Audio though. For my purposes, it simply doesn't do FLAC and now I've got Spotify going on it, it's a very good piece of audio equipment that wouldn't be replaced by the Apple TV device.
I'll mostly be using the Apple TV to stream video from my Iphone.
