I heard of a crash issue when you open SqueezePad with a player connected to MySB.com that was off (i.e. showing the clock) for some time (couldn't reproduce it yet though :( ) Could that be the same issue (and that your switching just turned on the player) ? So if it happens again maybe just try to turn on the player.
