Please search the forums for custom-convert.conf examples for starters
and you'll see that most of your entries are missing entire sections
For example for aac to mp3 you'd need to decode the aac stream before
lame can reencode it. I'd also suggest using flac instead of mp3 as
your loosing additional stream quality reencoding using lossy
compression.

I've been meaning to put together a custom-convert.conf for
squeezeslave now that sox is included with the server.
Perhaps another forum member can step up to help you with this as I
haven't spent much time with the transcoding features of the server.
