There is an option if you want coverart embedded or not. It will then remove the cover art in automatic mode if I'm right. In manual mode it will flag those albums as 'uncompliant'. Be aware: even in manual mode Bliss will include covers for all albums that don't have one yet. Manual mode just 'protects' albums, that have some cover art already.
