The SBS provided Flac has patches so copying the "standard" flac to SBS or installed "standard" flac will not solve any flac related problems.
You'll probably need ia32-libs installed. You can check by running the SBS provided flac at a shell prompt. If it runs make sure you see SBS in the banner and that it has been patched for SBS.
