The odd thing is, since my last post I scanned one album that was showing double instances and it was fine. I then scanned all the flac files to see if there was a problem with them and they scanned fine. I then scanned all the mp3's and they scanned fine. So I tried the whole library again and belive it or not they scanned fine?? Also I had forgotten to disable my AV so it was running the whole time?? The only other change I made was to point SBS playlists to an empty folder as my playlists were slowing the scans down. So I pointed SBS back to my playlists and bingo the problem re-appeared. I know some if not all of my playlists are out of date as my files have moved so I am running without them at the moment. I will try rebuilding them and add them one at a time to SBS to see if that makes a difference. Question: Is there a limit to the number of tracks you can have in a playlist? some of mine are quite large. Anyone any experience of playlists causing this kind of issue?
