Do you have multiple servers? If you have only one server, then why not just leave the DynDNS URL in the field? SqueezePad was written to only support one server (+MySB.com), because that is what 99.9% of people are using. I'm not planning to change that, I'm afraid, because it would make SqueezePad more difficult to understand for 99.9% ... just to please 0.1% of the userbase.
