You need to forward port 3483 along 9000 for the playback. Then the
SqueezePad player will appear.

If you don't have mp3s, consider using bitrate limiting when streaming
via 3G.
This can be configured on the Squeezebox Server
(Settings->Player->SqueezePad Player ->Audio -> Bitrate Limiting )
