Hmm... that's interesting: there's no checkbox for Iceland in the market. But there's an "All Locations" entry, which reads as follows: "All locations (Includes more countries than those listed below. As the developer, you are responsible for complying with country-specific laws related to the distribution or sale of your application into that country, including your home country.)" Alas we can't check this one, as we have to exclude some countries for legal reasons. So I'm not sure whether countries like Iceland can be enabled without enabling those we are not allowed to... quite confusing.
