of course you could do this with an ipad/itouch/iphone (and carrying the same portable speakers). I noticed that the 500 or so songs I've purchased over the years on itunes are already showing up on the iCloud available to be played on my ipad/iphone. My understanding however, is that the way the icloud is working is that the device DOWNLOADS the song to your player when you select it from the cloud. So its not true streaming.
