Hi all New here and trying to help a friend out. The 3rd party hardware section here seems all about servers. That may come in handy (for me!) with time, but I'm looking at alternatives for a player. Ideally it would have digital/optical out, but 3.5mm out is fine if not. Doesn't have to be wireless either, as hardwired is available in this instance.
I mean something like a hacked joggler, for example. Are there any other cheap media players around that allow for squeezeplayer to be installed? I'd like it so that the player can access mysqueezebox.com as well as/instead of a pc running squeezeserver. Any help greatly appreciated, many thanks.
