Logitech does not allow third party players to be connected to MySb.com, so I guess you won't find something that satisfies this part of your requirements. Other than that you can look out for cheap hardware to run a third party player on it. Can be SheevaPlug with USB soundcard or any cheap Android or iOS phone together with a dock.
